Without foster homes we cannot do this.

We are in need of foster carers as there are plenty of dogs waiting to be rescued.
If you are thinking of adopting a dog but it has been a long time since you last had one, why not try fostering to see how you will cope?
Perhaps you run a Guest House and are too busy in the summer to keep a dog?
