Yorkshire Coast Dog Rescue

Charlie (pink collar) and Alfie are sister and brother and have just had their 9th birthday. They are Jack Russel cross breeds - Charlie is possibly Chihuahua cross, and Alfie has some Italian greyhound in him. They are an adorable duo, and they must go together as they are devoted. Their owner is sadly very ill and unable to care for them any longer. Both of this delightful pair of lap dogs were diagnosed some years ago with epilepsy and are now on daily medication, which totally controls the illness. We are helping to find a home for 2 very much loved Olde English Bulldogs due to their owner's serious ill health. This is such a hard decision for their owner as they are much loved family pets. This is Mabel and she is 1 year 7 months and quite small for her breed. Mabel had knee surgery as a puppy and it is now pinned and she is happy with short walks. She loves kisses and cuddles and is is never happier that when she is snuggled up with her human. She is great with other dogs and with children and is looking for a home with someone who is home most of the time to pamper her, so would perhaps be better as the only dog. This is Margo who is currently living with Mabel. She is also an Old Tyme English Bulldog and is 2 year 5 months old and her colour is classed as lilac. She has a different personality to Margo and is very athletic and has lots of energy, so would be ideally placed with someone who can take her on long walks and play with her in a garden. She can be a bit giddy when meeting new people and jumps up to fuss them so needs ongoing training. Margo loves everyone and thinks she is a lap dog so will try to curl up on your lap for a cuddle.
